December 28, 2022:
The Bering Global Solutions at the CDC facility in Pittsburgh,
PA voted to leave Maritas/UFLEOS and join SPFPA. During our meetings with the
officers, they told SPFPA representatives they were tired of paying for and
receiving NO SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION.
Other Maritas/UFLEOS units are already starting their campaigns
to free themselves from what has become known as the Maritas Circus.
Kentucky Paragon/Patronus Officers have already shown a majority
support by signing SPFPA interest cards, and we are ready to file with the NLRB.
California and New York Paragon Officers are currently working
with SPFPA, citing no service and poor representation from the UFLEOS/ Maritas
Union. SPFPA will file on behalf of these officers early next year.
