The trial date has been set for State (of Hawaii) v. Steve Maritas. The trial on the criminal allegation of Sexual Assault (4th Degree) will start December 11, 2023, in the First Circuit Court in Honolulu.
If convicted, the sentencing of up to a year in prison will take place after that date. We look forward to justice being served.
