Maritas’ union LEOSU disclaimed interest and ran away from yet another unit of security officers. These Officers work for Excalibur in Colorado. The unit contacted SPFPA for help due to Maritas’ “no service.”
SPFPA filed a petition with the NLRB on behalf of the unit Officers. Maritas delayed the process with baseless objections, and the matter went to a hearing… SPFPA won! Shortly after that, Maritas abandoned the unit.
