Federation LEOS Organizer/Director Steve Maritas was subpoenaed last week for a creditor exam after failing to pay over $500,000 a Michigan jury awarded SPFPA for Breach of Contract. Maritas attempted to avoid the subpoena by lying about his identity, but was served at his home. Maritas failed to show to the scheduled creditor exam and may ultimately face arrest.
