After weeks spent negotiating a stipulated election agreement, LEOSU notified the Region that it did not want to appear on the ballot for a re-run but refused to withdraw its objections. The position was taken by LEOSU/Maritas after L725 members made it clear they would not support LEOSU in the rerun election.
Though justice took longer than we would like, SPFPA wins again against the small, NY union.
