UFLEOS (Pronounced U-FLUSH) Congratulates SPFPA for negotiating the highest wage increases EVER on the islands!
On November 2, 2023, U-FLUSH representative Brikener Jean-Giles posted on their website an unexpected article praising SPFPA and admitting that Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, and American Samoa received the highest wage increase ever in history after SPFPA finished Paragon negotiations (see articles below).
We are proud of our successful negotiations for our Island members and their families. We also thank the U-FLUSH representative Giles for his unexpected honesty and support of our SPFPA negotiated increases and dedication to servicing our members. #ONE UNION, ONE PRIDE!
The Paragon Systems, Inc PSO’s in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa received the highest wage increase they have ever seen on December 1, 2023. Hawaii received a $3.00 raise while Guam, Saipan and American Samoa will receive a $2.25 cent raise. In addition to the above $0.75 cents from the health and welfare will now go directly into the Paragon PSO’s paycheck in Hawaii and $5.00 an hour will be paid directly in the paycheck for those in Guam, Saipan and American Samoa brining their total wage rate $27.65 an hour.
