BREAKING NEWS! HONOLULU PROSECUTOR CHARGES UFLEOS DIRECTOR STEVEN MARITAS WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT.

Honolulu City and County Prosecutor Steven S. Alm issued a criminal Complaint against Maritas for Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree.  The Complaint confirms that the Prosecutor has concluded Maritas committed the sexual assault by compulsion, by placing his hand on the genitalia without permission, in violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes 707-733(1)(a).

Criminal Complaint vs Maritas

In addition, Maritas’ bail agreement has now surfaced, establishing that Maritas remains in Hawaii not on his own free will but rather because he is required to do so as a condition of his release from jail.  Maritas is not permitted to leave Hawaii until at least his next required court appearance on October 17th without permission from the court (see official document below).

The disgraced, handcuffed Maritas receives a thorough pat-down by Honolulu Police Officers.

Should Maritas, who is no stranger to incarceration be found guilty of the “criminal sex assault” charge, he is subject to 1 year in jail, registering as a sex offender and physical and mental evaluations.
