KENTUCKY PSO’S SEEK TO LEAVE UFLEOS

After Years of receiving poor service and "ghost" representation, the Kentucky PSO's have had enough!

Great News!

A majority of the Kentucky Patronus/Paragon  PSO’s have signed SPFPA interest cards and a NLRB petition will be filed this upcoming Monday, February 13, 2023.

The election will give the PSO’s the opportunity to put an end to the the backwards motion they have suffered  for over 7 years being a part of  two small unions. IT’S TIME FOR A DIFFERENT DIRECTION!

DID YOU KNOW?

From 2016 to 2022, under the two small unions the Kentucky PSO’s have only gained $3.46 in wage increases. That’s an average of only .49 cent a year!  UFLEOS claims that they have done so much for other PSO’s – Well, not for Kentucky!

SPFPA continues to win real gains for PSO’s in the surrounding states and all across the country and in your state of Kentucky. In Covington Kentucky, SPFPA members on a Federal Contract are making $31.90 per hour and $4.90 in H&W that is paid in cash.

In Vermont, SPFPA member received a 6% wage increase in the first of the contract

In Ohio, SPFPA members received a 9% wage increase in the first year of the contract

In North Carolina, SPFPA members received a 9% wage increase increase.

REAL RESULTS that benefits our MEMBERS and their FAMILIES!
